At GEC, we invest in entrepreneur-owned lower middle-market companies with an enterprise value between $15 and $100 million, based primarily in North America with global market expansion potential.

We partner with high performing companies generating attractive margins seeking to accelerate growth and expand market reach. We favor companies with strong competitive advantage gained through innovative, patented processes and technology.
To drive growth, we convene our Executives-in-Residence to augment management teams, guiding strategic and tactical action plans while leveraging our network to enhance opportunities.
LONG-TERM FLEXIBLE CAPITAL
GEC invests to build long-term value primarily through control investments of:
- Growth capital as equity and/or convertible debt
- Investment between $10 to $60 million
- Disciplined value-oriented entry
- Minimal use of leverage
- Milestone-linked follow-on investment
